Welcome to ACWeb, our mission is to provide graphics and web design services that help promote our client's business and organizations through advertising on the rapidly growing World Wide Web (WWW).
ACWeb was formed when PSI/inter.net bought-out and then closed Telepath Internet located in Norman, Oklahoma an acclaimed independent Internet Service Provider. Telepath's Web Development Dept was terminated due to the buy-out, leaving ACWeb's owner, Richard Anderson without work and the Telepath's customer base without a good qualified web design team to help create or maintain their websites.
During September 2000, Richard took advantage of this opportunity to start his own graphic / web design business. In doing so he created Anderson Creations Websites also known as ACWeb for short. He then took the initiative and contacted the client's that had been abandoned and had websites developed by Telepath's Webdev team. ACWeb has always opened its doors to all ex-Telepath customers as well as its new client's. Recently ACWeb was able to help several ex-Telepath customers recover their lost websites when a web server for PSI/inter.net went down. It seems PSI/inter.net didn't plan to or perform backups for their web servers as Telepath had done (as any responsible internet host should do) and all of the affected customers were looking at having to completely rebuild their websites from scratch if they hadn't backed up their website themselves. Due to Richard's foresight; he was able to save thousands of dollars for each client who contacted him by restoring the backups he had saved while working for Telepath.
As most people know, the WWW is accessed by billions of people from around the globe to get information on entertainment, business, and news and even will allow you to shop online. Currently there is no better or more economical way to advertise a business or organization than the Web. ACWeb is proud to help our client's take their business or organization to the Web and help build an even better Web for the generations to come. We invite you to surf around our client's websites and our and check us out. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions, please email us.
